Arianna

The self-proclaimed queen settles in for a cat nap, hoping the human with a camera will leave her alone.

She didn't get much of a nap, but the human got photos she adores. Arianna openly shares her feelings, disapproving of the awakening.

Preparing for Spring~

Flowers poke up through the cold, hard dirt and begin to bloom.

Pots are examined and new ones are purchased, their beauty to showcase life.

Old pots need more care than new ones do, dead plants need to be removed and their surfaces washed to reveal colorful glazes.

All containers are beautiful, in their own way. Sometimes cracked, faded wood provides the most interesting canvas for plants.

Ayame

Ayame leans against an old brick wall, watching and waiting for spring to come.

She dreams of all the wonderful things it will bring, and worries about the changes that come along with it.

Ayame is an asian ball jointed doll. It is impossible to capture how stunning she is, and all the artistry she was molded with.

Boulder Valley

There is an overlook coming into Boulder, and I recommend that you take the time to stop, even on the bitter Colorado mornings. The view is breathtaking.

And once you get into Boulder, the mountains get even better. The fog that tends to cover the peaks of the majestic Rockies in the mornings (especially in the spring and winter) create this mysterious and almost eerie feeling. And even though they aren't clear, they are still stunning.
